Here are a few of the programs we offer. They augment our consulting and coaching services and help you get the best from yourself and from your organization and staff. They help re-orient the way you and your people think so that everyone understands WHY things are done the way they are.

These programs are eligible for reimbursement under the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund (WTF) program under which employers may receive grants of up to 50% of their training costs.

The next two programs are based on the work of Masters of Quality, like Demming, Duran, and others. They adapt methods that have been proven successful in the manufacturing environment to business process.

Each of these programs can be customized to your specific needs and those of your organization. We can create a one-on-one coaching program for you or a facilitated group session for your staff. Our goal is creating an environment where you and your staff internalize the concepts and put them to work for you as quickly as possible.

Entrepreneurial Leadership and Strategic Thinking

The Entrepreneurial Leadership and Strategic Thinking process guides Entrepreneurial Leaders into developing qualities & traits essential to success. An entrepreneur must have a sense of vision - visionary activities and strategic thinking to guide & lead people to the goal of organizational success. That vision must be combined with passion and commitment to pursue that vision. It also requires a willingness to change, to learn, to become, and - at times the most difficult of all - to take calculated but not reckless risks.
In other words: Success = Entrepreneurial Leadership

Executive Leadership

The Executive Leadership process guides participants along a proven path to creating the environment to excite and motivate people about achieving the organization’s vision, and helps them integrate the vision into their daily operations. It provides the techniques needed for aligning resources with guidelines for effectively leading people to higher performance levels.

Strategic Planning

The Strategic Planning process provides the format for developing specific strategies, converting those strategies into a business planning process, and establishing measurable and attainable organizational goals. It helps the organization determine not only where it wants and needs to go, but also how it gets there.

Sales - Consultive Selling

The Sales Development process is a comprehensive yet concise process that helps develop a skilled and successful sales professional. It combines current sales skills with a personal development system to help and guide a sales professional to higher levels of achievement.

Annual Goals Review

The Annual Goals Review is a dynamic yet structured approach to achieving organizational goals and personal success. By enabling you to crystallize things that are important to the organization as well as to you personally, it helps define the plan that makes them a reality.

Cycle Time Reduction

Cycle Time Reduction aims at streamlining and / or redesigning the way your processes get things done. It is best used when your processes generally do not result in excessive errors or rework but take much longer to execute than needed. In other words, the process is "broken." Cycle Time Reduction results a a new or modified process that takes much less time to get the tasks done.

Variation Reduction

Variation Reduction on the other hand is useful when the process is not "broken" but is prone to error that causes excessive rework which results in variation. Variation Reduction views the process in terms of eliminating causes of error and varying results. The time it takes for an error-free transaction is generally unchanged. However, the overall efficiency of the process is improved because it eliminates rework or reprocessing and thus gets results sooner on the average.
